Bridging Trust and Access in Clinical Research
At Bridgepoint Advocates, we are dedicated to transforming the relationship between clinical research and the communities it serves. We work to close trust gaps, ensure underrepresented voices are heard, and create opportunities for all communities to access and benefit from research. By partnering with sponsors, sites, and CROs, we deliver equity-focused strategies that strengthen participation, improve retention, and make clinical trials more inclusive, effective, and representative of the real world
Bridgepoint Advocates was founded with a bold vision: To reimagine the clinical research experience through advocacy, equity, and human connection.

Led by a Registered Nurse who is also a Clinical Research Professional, we bring a dual perspective. We understand the complexities of research from both sides of the research process and understand; what study teams need to succeed and what participants need to feel seen, safe and supported.

We operate at the intersection of science and trust, partnering with underrepresented communities, research sites, and sponsors to:
Bridge communication gaps
Improve retention
Strengthen participant-centered support systems within clinical trials.

Our mission is simple:
Support people. Strengthen research. Restore trust.
Clinical Research Support Solutions
Strengthening the Backbone of Research
We optimize study operations by advocating for participants, aligning site practices, and helping research sites build trust where it matters most.
Turning participant voices into action

Participant Advocacy and Empowerment
We go beyond feedback, we advocate for participants at every step. From informed consent to study completion, we help ensure participants, especially those from underrepresented communities, feel heard, respected, and supported.

We identify communication gaps, safety concerns, and retention barriers, transforming insight into equity-driven action that enhances the experience and improves outcomes.
Bridging gaps through inclusive practices and culturally competent support

Site and Sponsor Partnership and Training
We collaborate with research sites and sponsors to deliver culturally sensitive, trust-building training tailored to the needs of diverse and underrepresented populations

Our programs strengthen onboarding, reduces protocol confusion, and boost participant retention through inclusive education, clear communication and team coaching.
Helping teams reduce dropout rates, strengthen protocol adherence, and elevate participate trust.

Retention, Compliance, and Study Support
We guide sites and sponsors through operational and compliance challenges, from informed consent to follow-up adherence with a focus on reducing disparities in participation.

Our support improves protocol compliance, participant continuity, and builds equitable research frameworks that reduce dropouts and engage historically excluded populations.

Why Bridgepoint Advocates?
We don't just fill a gap. We build the bridge that clinical research has been missing.
BridgePoint Advocates exists to reimagine what's possible in clinical trials. We bring culturally competent advocacy, participant-first solutions, and a equity-centered strategy to the heart of research-where science and humanity intersect.

We understand that research professionals are navigating complex protocols, tight timelines, and high patient volumes. While their focus is on clinical outcomes, our focus is on the people behind those outcomes.

We step in to extend the reach of research teams without adding to their burden, ensuring every participant feels heard, respected, and supported.
Bridgepoint Advocates was founded by a professional who has worked on both sides of the clinical research process as a clinical research nurse at a major academic institution and as a clinical research professionals within an Institutional Review Board.

This unique dual perspective gives us unmatched insight into:

What sites need to meet their recruitment and retention goals
What sponsors need to stay compliant and efficient
And what participants need to feel respected, engaged, and supported

It's this lived experience that fuels our mission: To bridge the gap between operations and empathy, building trust, improving outcomes, and centering equity in every trial we support.
